IS THERE GEAR IN THE STUDIOS?
Yes, there is gear in most artist studios. When you send your message through "Contact Us" please list the equipment you are looking to have in your session. We only ask that you take good care of it so it will be in good working order next time you decide to rehearse at The ARTSS.
CAN I BRING MY OWN GEAR?
Yes, you can load-in what’s needed to ensure that your session goes great. If you're planning to bring your own equipment you must let us know in advance.
WHAT DOES IT COST TO BOOK AN ARTIST STUDIO?

CAN I RESERVE ROOMS ON A DAILY, WEEKLY, OR MONTHLY BASIS?
Yes, you can reserve blocks of time and several artist studios, as you need. The ARTSS facility is an hourly studio facility with a two-hour minimum. Please go to "Contact Us" and in your message state the dates, times and quantities needed.
WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO RESERVE A STUDIO?
Send us a message through "Contact Us" with the best way to reach you. You will be contacted within a 24 hour turnaround to reserve the artist studio you desire.
DO I HAVE TO USE A CREDIT CARD TO PAY FOR MY SESSION OR CAN I PAY WITH ONE OR MORE FORMS OF PAYMENT?
You may pay for the studio with Cash, Cashiers Check, or Major Credit Card. We will however require a credit card on file each time you reserve a studio.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Call us 24 hours in advance to cancel your session. In the event that you do not show up for your reserved time and you do not cancel prior to 24 hours we will charge your credit card for the time that you had reserved.
CAN I BRING IN MY FRIENDS TO WATCH?
No. The ARTSS is a place for serious artist to rehearse and perfect their craft. The studios are not set up for spectators, however if scheduled in advance some arrangements may be made. All guests will be held to the same policies and rules as you and your group members.
CAN I EAT, DRINK OR SMOKE IN THE ROOMS?
No. You only can eat and drink non-alcoholic beverages in The ARTSS lounge area only. However, special arrangements can be made for special events. We ask that you be respectful of The ARTSS facility and the other artist that use it. Additionally, you may not smoke anywhere inside The ARTSS facility however, you are welcome to go outside of the facility (minimum 50 feet from entrances) and use the designated smoking area.
